ScHoolboy Q Blames Toronto Concert Cancellation on Drake-Kendrick Beef

ScHoolboy Q’s upcoming Toronto concert was abruptly canceled, with many speculating the cause to be the ongoing rap feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

In a series of tweets, ScHoolboy Q expressed his frustration, hinting at possible tensions due to his association with Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE). He stated, “They just canceled my show in Toronto… Canadian police don’t want nobody from TDE performing.” He then jokingly referenced how TDE label head Top Dawg was recently seen with Lil Wayne and Birdman, suggesting that if they had wanted to “get” the Toronto crowd, they would have already done so.

The rapper also made a sarcastic remark about never should have been included in Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” video, which is believed to be a diss track aimed at Drake. This comes after a similar incident where Rick Ross was allegedly attacked for playing the same song at a music festival in Canada.

While there has been no official explanation for the cancellation, the timing and ScHoolboy Q’s comments suggest a potential connection to the ongoing feud between Lamar and Drake. The rapper defended himself, saying that many people don’t truly know who he is.

Despite the setback, ScHoolboy Q’s “Blue Lips Weekends Tour” is still scheduled to continue, with the next stop being in Chicago on July 20. Fans can also catch him performing in other cities throughout the remainder of the month and into August.
