Gunna has announced his new album “One of Wun,” which is set to be released soon. The album title is a play on the rapper’s nickname, Wunna, and features artwork created by Calvin Clausell Jr. and creative direction by Spike Jordan. The LP will include “Bittersweet” and the Offset-assisted “Prada Dem,” which are Gunna’s first singles since 2023’s “a Gift & a Curse.”
Fans have expressed their excitement for the new album, with many commenting on Gunna’s announcement post. While Gunna did not confirm a release date, it is possible that the album will be released ahead of his “Bittersweet Tour,” which kicks off on May 4 with supporting act Flo Milli.

In an interview with GQ, Gunna described his upcoming project as “more mature” and “something that the world don’t know they need yet.” His last album, “a Gift & a Curse,” was a commercial success, debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart and featuring hit singles like “fukumean” and “bread & butter.”
In addition to his solo work, Gunna has also ventured into Afrobeats, collaborating with Victor Thompson on the “THIS YEAR (Blessings) [Remix]” and appearing on Sarz’s “Happiness” alongside Asake.
