Kehlani’s Blue Water Road is coming.
The singer has announced that her highly-anticipated new album will arrive next month. During her performance at Lollapalooza in Buenos Aires over the weekend, she told fans that they won’t have to wait much longer.
“I’m just gonna spill the beans. I’m dropping my album next month,” Kehlani said to cheers from the crowd.
Blue Water Road has already produced a pair of tracks, “Altar” and “Little Story,” which she performed live for the first time at Lollapalooza.
Kehlani’s last album, It Was Good Until It Wasn’t, was released in May 2020 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200, featuring appearances from Jhené Aiko, Lucky Daye, and James Blake.
“coming out of the rubble of It Was Good Until It Wasnt and into the light, on to the road. let’s have fun,” she tweeted last September.
