Drake and YoungBoy Never Broke Again are linking up.
During an interview on streaming platform Stationhead, YoungBoy revealed that he and Drake have been in talks to collaborate since last year when YoungBoy dropped his album Top.
“Me and Drake was really talkin’ ’bout Top, going ahead and getting the deal sealed with me and him linking up,” said YoungBoy, who is currently in jail awaiting trial on drug and weapons charges.
He went on to confirm that something is in the works. “That’s the whole collab we workin’ on as we speak,” he added. “Yes, that is in the works.”
This would mark the first collaboration between the chart-topping rappers.
YoungBoy is fresh off the release of his new album Sincerely, Kentrell, which is neck and neck with Drake’s Certified Lover Boy for No. 1 on next week’s Billboard 200.
