Swizz Beatz is dreaming up the ultimate Verzuz.
During an interview with “Jalen & Jacoby” on ESPN2, the Verzuz creator shared the “holy grail” of matchups between two of the greatest to ever do it—The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur.
“My dream one, I want to figure out how to do Pac and Biggie in a way that the people is gonna really love it,” said Swizz, while Timbaland co-signed the idea, telling Swizz, “I’ma call you later.”

Timbaland also proposed another epic battle between two late legends—Michael Jackson and Prince. But it’s unclear how it would work. “I got a couple ideas. I’ma text you,” he told Swizz Beatz, while Jalen Rose suggested a hologram battle.
The Verzuz platform has already featured matchups between living legends like Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight, but this would be the first posthumous competition. Swizz Beatz and Timbaland have also teased a potential pairing of hip-hop icons Dr. Dre and Diddy.
On Thursday, Ashanti and Keyshia Cole celebrated ladies night with their long-awaited Verzuz battle, which was delayed twice before it finally came to fruition.
