Cardi B continues on her path to world domination.
Hot off her collaboration with Brazilian superstar Anitta, the Bronx rapper joins K-pop quartet BLACKPINK on “Bet You Wanna” off the group’s first full-length studio effort, The Album. On the club-ready bop, co-written by Ryan Tedder and Melanie Joy Fontana, Cardi sets it off with a fierce and fiery verse.
“One of a kind, you can’t replace me / Time to shine, I bust down the AP,” she raps.
Speaking with The Associated Press, BLACKPINK opened up about landing a coveted verse from the Grammy-winning MC. “We were screaming in the studio,” said the group. “It was our first time having a rapper feature for our song. As soon as we heard the voice, we [screamed].”
The Album also features the hit singles “How You Like That” and “Ice Cream” with Selena Gomez.
