With mental health statistics steadily increasing, artist Tyrone Crawford is ready to release an EP and Book to help spread awareness and positive energy to those going through their woes.
Cleveland, Ohio native, Tyrone Crawford, has overcome life with a single mother tainted by drugs. Due to events that nearly carried him down the wrong path, a cousin by the name of Tiffany invited him to church where he gave his life to Christ. He has since adopted the stage name Tyrone Crawford and embodied the musical creativity of artists like Christian rapper Knine, Lecrae, Derek Minor, Big Krit, KB, Big Sean, and Christian rapper Flame.
Tyrone Crawford currently has a wide fanbase with accolades that span from a #1 album on the Amazon Christian charts and on the top 100 gospel charts with singles surpassing 200,000 streams. Finding greater purpose for his music after becoming active in the military, Tyrone Crawford has taken the time to develop an EP and book titled “Parlay” with the subtitle “Transforming my stress into mental resilience.” Both work in conjunction to give fans something that can help them through their struggles and mental issues. The EP is geared towards positive energy that will motivate any audience to power through no matter what. While music is his core medium, Tyrone Crawford wants his message to reach everyone in need. That gave way to the inclusion of a book for those who don’t listen to hip hop. Its 90 pages are inspired by his military time in places like Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Honduras. Seeing the pain of those suffering in silence with no guidance on how to overcome the struggles of their mental health, Tyrone Crawford penned this book to give them the information and help he wish he had. The book is relevant to all, from athletes, to military personnel, to artists, to regular citizens. It brings clarity on achieving personal goals, finances, and dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression.
Tyrone Crawford has made a complete 180 in his life with his conversion to following God’s will. This has affected not only his life but that of his family as well. His mother is no longer held hostage by drugs. Even if his parents remain divorced, the relationship between them is in a good place. Follow Tyrone Crawford and preorder his EP and book to get help through your mental issues with someone that understands your struggles.
