Micah DuBeau, stage name Motor Mouth, is a Hip-Hop artist who currently resides in Los Angeles, California. After moving from Hawaii to Washington, the youngster faced a life-changing incident where he lost his pregnant mother in a fatal accident with a drunk driver. Spending most of his childhood bouncing around the system, he used the power of music to escape the hard-knock reality haunting his day-to-day life.
Joining the US Army Infantry at the age of 17 gave Micah some much need structure. He served in Iraq in 2004 as a .50 CAL gunner and a dismount machine Gunner on a QRF Team and later received an honorable discharge in 2008 after completing his contract. While back home, he realized his passion for creating music grew stronger and began putting the building blocks for a career together.
Mentored by Tommy Coster (Producer of “The Marshal Mathers LP,” “Get Rich Or Die Tryin,” and Co-writer for “The Real Slim Shady”) and Darren Vegas (Former Head Producer for “Death Row Records”), he began his musical journey in 2019. With two LPs and four singles (produced by Darren Vegas) under his belt, Motor Mouth’s music began receiving major spins on radio stations throughout the country (KISS 104.7 FM, Power 104, College Radio).
Today, he’s gearing up to drop his 3rd full-length album and is excited to show his musical growth with his audience. Now is the perfect time to catch up on previous work by checking out his discography on all major streaming platforms.
