Successful as a DJ and rapper, DJ DollaMenu is a multifaceted artist bringing creativity to the industry with his unique take on tracks.
Aiken County, South Carolina native TJ Wright is a musical sensation on the turntables and the mic. His wide array of knowledge of music comes from his upbringing around parents who introduced him to old-school classics and a sister who brought him everything from Spice Girls to Outkast CDs every week from her Walmart job. This foundation in music was the base upon which he built his prosperous career as a DJ and rapper under the alias, DJ DollaMenu. The name is a memento of his childhood, playing on his nickname “Little Dollar Menu” originally given due to his love for the dollar menu as a kid.
DJ DollaMenu had a certain sauce about his DJ sets and his music releases were bangers that could set the stage off at any performance. His name was synonymous with good vibes and his career on both fronts became known for their energy, creativity, and versatility across any genre. DJ DollaMenu was setting trends and big organizations were watching closely. Soon he was being enlisted by major names, singing as a Bud Light artist along with being the official DJ of the Charleston RiverDogs. With his accolades stacking, he continued to push his sound, releasing over 100 tracks, and leaving timeless memories with patrons at over 1000 played shows. CCP recognized his talents, naming him “DJ of the Year.”
DJ DollaMenu is still on a winning streak, releasing his latest music video for the CURRYSAUCE & Jerry Feels Good produced single, “Hey Siri.” Directed by Brent Best/Holographic Creative, the videography captures everything the song was meant to be in perfect detail and vivid visuals.
