Supreme B.G has entered the chat for best female artist on the rise

Dating back to the earliest days of hip hop, female artists came with lyricism and bars. Supreme B.G is showing the modern industry that those types of artists still exist.

Born in the community of Birmingham, Al, a young girl infatuated with music was dreaming of the day she would be on the stage just like the artists she idolized. As she grew older, her connection to the hip hop genre became an undeniable fact. This passion for lyricism and flow would develop into a yearning to step into the hip hop spotlight with a talent she spent time refining and making her own. In time, she adopted the moniker Supreme B.G as the name destined to attain success in the music industry.

The female hip hop artist would make the change in location to the city of Atlanta to pursue her career. With every release, her fanbase grew to a wider audience and soon her buzz was spreading from local recognition into the international landscape. In 2016 Supreme B.G released her debut EP ‘Real Alabama Player’ with production credit from renowned Alabama producer, Hoodzone. With the EP putting her name on the map, Supreme B.G followed up with a number of solid projects, beginning with ‘Supreme Court’ which features the classic cut, ‘Best Straight Life,’ following with her most decent EP, ‘Tabernacle Talk.’ The project saw Supreme B.G as the sole producer, which showcased her versatility as a creative. ‘Tabernacle Talk’ held a number of impactful tracks, but one in particular motivated fans worldwide. ‘Cheryl Miller’ inspired by the Women’s Basketball Legend Cheryl Miller uplifted women to chase their dreams.

After building up her catalog, Supreme B.G turned her attention to expanding onto various musical platforms, one being the popular NPR Tiny Desk. Supreme B.G has since submitted two entries, 2019’s “Best Straight Life” featuring the producer, Prince Ali and 2021’s acoustic version of “Cheryl Miller.” Supreme B.G has continued to bring quality music to her fans. Along with her singles and projects, she has also released a number of visuals to accompany her tracks and give a new perspective to her music. Supreme B.G is blessed with a talent for putting words together. Her flow is mellow yet powerful, her lyrics are connected in precise manner proving the genius to her craft.

One year after her ‘Tabernacle Talk’ brought new respect for the female artist, she again displayed her depth of creativity with the release of a “Slo Mo’d” Cory Mo “Chopped and Screwed” version of the project. Supreme B.G is a pleasure to listen to over instrumentals. She is deserving of the spotlight, so follow her online and give full support to her projects.
