Rosavelt Duffie Jr, stage name LingoLive, is a Hip-Hop/R&B artist currently located in Dallas, Texas. Born in a small town in West Texas called Brownwood, Lingo spent much of his youth in the DFW metroplex area.
His music is a hype mixture of street dreams blended with the nightmare realities of life. This style of music allows him to connect with those on the block, and those lucky enough to make it out. Inspired by the late Notorious B.I.G, it’s clear where Lingo acquires his connection to the streets and expensive taste habits.
2019 has been a busy year for the artist as well. From winning a music competition to releasing a hand full of singles on Apple Music, it’s clear his run has just begun. His newest single (Blue Hundreds) is an energetic flex-type of record over a mid-tempo trap beat. His effortless delivery and flow compliment the confidence displayed during the entire track, making it knock from start to finish. An official video for the song is now available on Youtube, be sure to check it out and peep the vibes for yourself.
