Tales of how it have swirled around the net for years about who was involved and how it went down. In this vid we’re going to detail the beef between Chief Keef and Lil Jojo that lead up to him being murked and the attempted slides to catch each other lacking that initially failed until one was successful in upping the score. Violence and Chicago have become so closely tied to each other, it has become normal for the two to be spoken in the same sentence. This is due to the focus of so many media coverages on rappers and their gang affiliations, mainly DJ Akademiks in his earlier days with his War on Chiraq that can be given some credit for exposing local rappers to the world.
While the violence is very much real, Chicago has influenced culture outside the hood, having kids throwing up gang signs posing for public posters like its all fun and games.
One beef between two rival gangs of Chiraq that is far from fun and games was between 300 and 069 Bricksquad, mainly Chief Keef and Lil Jojo.
The two Chicago youngins fell into the trap of the BD vs GD war spanning decades back. Chief Keef was affiliated with the 300 Lamron Gang which was a BD (Black Disciples) set and Lil Jojo was affiliated with 069 Brick Squad which was a GD (Gangster Disciples) set.
However, 069 Brick Squad also claimed insane GD which adds a whole other savage dynamic in the mix.
See, insane GD’s are GD but both GD or BD can get it if they opps. Lil Jojo was an insane GD which made him even more ruthless in the streets.

It’s no surprise that as BD’s and GD’s Keef and Jojo bumped heads, but what set things off between the two? This can go back back to a number of murders and deaths between GD’s and BD’s but we’re going to focus in on strictly the beef surrounding these two. What set Jojo off on a path to destruction wasn’t even Chief Keef, well not directly, but indirectly it was his homie at the time, Lil Durk.

Jojo was sitting back seeing 300 this, 300 that and wasn’t about to have them just showing out after Durk’s blatant diss. Jojo came up with the idea that never goes well and took it a step further. In a way, it was like the perfect hit back to Durk’s earlier diss, only negative, is that it cost Jojo his life.

Once he was up, Jojo made sure to remined Durk n’em he wasn’t the one that started it, but he’ll sure end it

Twitter was like the hood communication platform, every beef, shooting, beat down, was filed in Twitter’s cabinet to gain clout and expose the opps.
Lil Jojo was taking on Chief Keef, Durk, And Reese at the same time, pause. A bold move, but that’s the kind of lifestyle he lived, it was BDK to the death of him. That last tweet wasn’t just for clout, the beef quickly escalated to Lil Jojo sliding on the opps no matter how reckless a decision that was. Video footage was uploaded showing what seemed to be a high speed chase of Lil Jojo and his crew trailing Lil Reese to end his life. Lil Jojo further spoke on the altercation in another diss track aimed at Keef n’em titled, “I Got Dat Sack” https://youtu.be/7eLdwiDLYto “Catch him in traffic with Lil Reese, man they gon feel this mac.” It’s still unknown exactly who is the other person he caught Reese in traffic with, but it’s being speculated to be Mr Faneto, Chief Keef himself. Filing their gangbanging in the twitter archives, a much deeper story immerged. From Jojo’s tweets, he slid on Reese n’em but bullets came his way and he escaped being murked.
Jojo counted his blessings, bit didn’t respect Keef and his merry crew of gang bangers and later taunted his 300 opps again, posting up in his opps hood and making it public online
On September 2012 Jojo was feeling shiesty pushing his savagery, but it would be his last time. Jojo made the mistake to catch his opps lacking but instead of upping the pole, simply trolling them as he passed. The afternoon that death threat was made, Lil Jojo fell victim to his ego and his feeling of being untouchable, calling out Lil Reese then posting up his location
Sadly, someone tested his gangster and took him up on his challenge and that same night, Lil Jojo lost his life.
Initial reports state that on 18-year-old Joseph Coleman aka Lil Jojo had been riding a bicycle when, according to a witness, a gunman inside of a tan or gray vehicle opened fire, striking him at least once. Soon conflicting stories began to emerge as to what truly happened and who pulled the trigger. Official police report documents would surface, with witness statements detailing the bike narrative, also stating they had video evidence from surveillance that coincided with what the witness saw.
Apparently Jojo was still able to move and tried to escape when he was hit. The report states that he was shot at the corner of 70th and Princeton Ave. and ran to 6954 S. Princeton and collapsed on the sidewalk where they found him.

And Chief Keef let off a couple tweets finding pleasure in Jojo’s passing, saying that Jojo wanted to be like 300 and that 300 the real Brick Squad before getting his laugh on.
That wasn’t a good look, because cops were blatant in news coverage that Chief Keef was involved in his murder. Chief tried to correct his error by stating his twitter was hacked, but it was too late

To make matters worse, Jojo’s moms was brought on live television along with his brother Swagg Dinero where his mother confessed that she believes Chief Keef is responsible for her son’s murder. There have since been new info going down the rabbit hole of information about who really sent the ending shot and get back that was had. Swagg Dinero claims the shooters already got hemmed up
