Travis Scott’s UTOPIA: CIRCUS MAXIMUS TOUR continues to impress, with the rapper announcing a special one-night concert at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on October 9. This announcement comes alongside plans for additional tour dates in South America and Australia.
On July 22, Scott shared the news on Instagram, expressing his excitement about performing in New York, although he mistakenly referred to the New Jersey venue as being in New York. He mentioned, “New York has always been the place for me. When I perform, it lets me know the real metric of the rage,” indicating the significance of the location to him.
Earlier that day, he teased fans on Twitter, hinting at a surprise for them, which could involve new music or special guest appearances. Tickets for the MetLife show will go on sale starting July 26, following a presale on July 24.
The tour will kick off its South American leg on September 7 in Santiago, Chile, and will include stops in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Following this, Scott will head to Australia, with performances scheduled in Sydney on October 17, Melbourne, and Brisbane, before concluding in Auckland, New Zealand on October 31.
Scott’s latest album, UTOPIA, released in July 2023, features collaborations with high-profile artists like Beyoncé, Drake, and SZA, and has been a significant part of his current tour.
