Compton, California born native Branden Wilson is the new artist buzzing in the industry. He goes under the moniker RARE40RM that stands as a reflection of his limitless talent and ingenuity. The now 28-year-old lyricist found his passion for hip hop after being introduced to legendary artists such as NWA, Tupac, Dr. Dre, and Nate Dogg among others. In time, he would develop a sound of his own that was rooted in emotion and authenticity. RARE40RM creates music inspired by the beat and the space its rhythm puts him in. Once the music resonates, RARE40RM lets the words and melodies flow from a place of sincerity.
RARE40RM’s music caught on in the industry with every release, putting the Compton artist at the table with major distributor Universal Records where he inked a distribution deal. RARE40RM was making headway to the top and his fanbase was spreading as rapidly as his buzz. Keeping his hold on the game, he released his latest project, an EP titled “From The Bottom.” The 6-track project was released on August 21st, 2021, and was given top ratings and positive feedback for his versatility, depth of composition and melodic lyricism.

Hulda Hicks was born in Brooklyn, NY in the late ’70s, at the time when Hip-Hop music was just emerging as an art form. Her entire life was influenced by the culture, having grown up in the epicenter of the creative movement.
As a trained musician and vocalist, Hulda got exposed to the industry in her twenties and has worked on projects with iconic figures such as the Chiffons, the Last Poets, and Montell Jordan, to name a few. Her passion for music extended past the stage on to the page when she began to write ad copy and articles as a freelancer for several underground publications.
