When you hear the name Ralo, you think of a savage, somebody who got it out the mud by any means necessary, and that’s exactly what Terrell Davis aka Ralo did. He came from the gutta with the chopper
to a millionaire doing it big with loads of cash to his name living the lavish life
By all accounts, Ralo was a successful trapper turned rapper and on the straight and narrow making the best of his come up
He was like the hood hero who bossed up and took care of his peoples. Ralo bought 5 houses and 26 apartment units where he brought all his peoples in to live rent-free. From cars, to clothes Ralo was feeding the community and he was loved for it https://youtu.be/eVaT4hidtrk (1:14-1:30) He dubbed it Little Pakistan https://youtu.be/RnOzow9Ql5c (0:13-1:01)
But that all came crashing down when feds caught bro lackin soon as him and 8 of his mans nem touched down at the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in Georgia.
They found em with 17 packages of marijuana with an estimated street value of approximately $840,000.00.
Turns out people in his camp were snitching and tipping off the feds https://youtu.be/nGYeTqtSauA (31:05-31:17) With no way out, Ralo got sentenced to 8 years
The streets turned on Ralo, something he said he’d never do. Ralo was anti-rat and vowed to never snitch even after sitting 4 years behind bars away from his girl his mumsie and his daughter. He ain’t going out like no 69
But boi oh boi did those words come back to haunt him. April 20th 2023 Ralo would release his “97 Months” project from behind bars
and that’s when all hell broke loose. A former Famgoon member and rapper Jean D’eau
took to his IG to express disgust from Ralo and what really got the internet in a frenzy was calling the Atlanta Kingpin, Mr I won’t rat even if it meant being away from my daughter, a snitch
Bro turned Ralo world upside down with one post. Next thing you know, another page by the IG handle “newsmadeit” posted what appeared to be paperwork saying Ralo lawyer asked for his file to be sealed from public record cause he gave information
They was hitting Ralo with the 2 piece mc nugget combo and Jean D’eau came back for the finish with the uppercut when posted what appeared to be a recorded jail call between him and Ralo where he was pressing Ralo about him rattin and Ralo seemingly admitting to doing what he had to do given he situation he was in. Jean D’eau turned prosecutor directing Ralo to pages of his paperwork like he questioning a witness on the stand https://youtu.be/gZ7loDNR8es (1:32-2:10) https://youtu.be/gZ7loDNR8es (2:21-3:29)
The streets was in shambles pleading it was an AI recording and not the big Ahk who stood on business
His brodie went from standing outside with a sign petitioning for his release
To the one that started his downfall. But, they both street right? So is he wrong for standing on the code just like they stood on it with other people like 69? You can’t really fault him cause in his eyes if he told on his other brothers then he can easily tell on you if it helps him so its hard to still be friends, right? Aight aight I guess from that angle as a street dude you can see from his perspective, but hold up. What happened next threw all that out the window, because the truth started coming out and seemed like Jean D’eau was manipulating pieces of the info to paint a narrative that’s not true.
That started becoming clear when other persons were saying they read the paperwork and Ralo didn’t tell but just tried to finesse the law
Ralo would post a message to his IG calling cap on what Jean D’eau said
That became clear when the paperwork party aficionado 1090 Jake
dropped evidence that proved Ralo didn’t snitch. The story was like a mafia movie, it was crazy. So check it.
Court transcript papers dated June 10th 2020 started exposing the details
First off this is with Ralo’s new lawer. It’s not the same one he started the case with and you’d see why in a minute. So the transcripts show the new lawyer asking the judge to keep the hearing closed under seal to temporarily protect reputations in the case cause things will come out about Ralo and someone in the bar community aka his past lawyer that will greatly impact their lives
The transcripts then show the lawyer asking that a past meeting on June 6th 2018 where Ralo and his team met with prosecutors to not be labeled as a proffer, but instead a meeting so when the documents release people won’t know it was a proffer meeting
The reason for this is that a proffer is basically someone giving information aka cooperating
The lawyer states if info of that proffer comes out, Mr Davis aka Big Ahk Ralo will be in some trouble with people in his community cause he gave up a lot of information about well-known people in his community
Alright so by here it looks like Jean D’eau may have been right, and you may think that was confirmed by these next statements in the transcript where it states Ralo gave intel on the entire marijuana trafficking operation including the supplier and pilots being in on the gig. But, here’s where things turn into a real life movie and Jean D’eau’s narrative starts to fall apart. It came out that the supplier was Ralo’s past lawyer Ash Joshi
and he was under investigation along with his business partner Manu Jones
Joshi was well known as the lawyer that worked on Gucci case
But hold up, that’s not even the half of it.
Turns out Joshi was tryna backdoor Ralo to save himself by giving him bad counsel and serve him up to the feds cause he knew the jig was up
The feds were on that boi top and with a deal on the table if Ralo cooperated, but the transcripts state Ralo wasn’t answering any questions. That’s where Ralo didn’t know he was being played this whole time by Joshi giving him counsel. With the process dragging on as Joshi tried to save himself, the documents state the government used the opportunity to get info on Ralo and Joshi. 2 years would pass and what do you know, the deal was off the table as all the codefendants were already revealed otherwise.
But you probably saying, “ok so where’s the evidence Ralo ain’t snitched cause sure as hell looked like he was ready to talk and gave his cellphone with hella info.” Aight check this, so Ralo apparently was giving info but the documents state it was just on things that was irrelevant to the case
Seems this was all a part of Ralo’s plan and why him being a rat wasn’t the truth. In an excerpt from an upcoming Autobiography on Ralo, he speaks on what went down. Apparently someone under the alias “Pimp” reached out to Ralo with a plan to Pimp The Feds buy paying some other people to take the fall so Ralo’s sentence would be cut. So all this time, Ralo is giving up bogus info on people that agreed behind the scenes to take the fall so he could get a ease up
https://youtu.be/6NlN7Ac8XoI (0:00-0:26)
Ralo was really out here thinking he gna finesse the damn feds, but they wasn’t buying it and that plan failed after things dragged on so long. Ralo’s new lawyer, playing his last hand stated that Ralo’s case was terrible from the start because he was fighting a marijuana and guns case with counsel that was rotten and the case should be thrown out due to the conflicting counsel
Sadly that didn’t work either and how Ralo ended up with the 8 years sentence. So at the end of it all, the Big Ahk Ralo wasn’t snitching for real and was just trying to finesse his way out the gang way. Jean D’eau would know this if he has the entire paperwork like he claimed but he was releasing it in bits and pieces. What’s crazier, is that he chopped up the phone convo that twisted things Ralo was saying to make it seem like he was admitting to telling https://youtu.be/J48ssFI8tUw (1:16-1:49)
When the full paperwork hit it supported that Ralo didn’t give up info on anyone but himself
Turns out, in April Jean D’eau had originally DM’d 1090 Jake to sell the paperwork with the alleged intention of sending the money to the codefendant that provided him with the paperwork, but to this day he hasn’t named that person or any codefendant came out and said Ralo told on em
Around that time too checking his profile, it’s clear he was posting about Ralo with all the rat posts on IG and lives he did talking on the situation and it seems like he planned to record the jail call and release parts of it https://youtu.be/J48ssFI8tUw (5:01-6:01)
On a jail call with 1090 Jake and Ralo, Ralo would also get his codefendant on the call and ask him straight up to tell the world if he snitched on him and his codefendant said Ralo kept it solid and never told https://youtu.be/J48ssFI8tUw (0:23-1:15)
Ralo name was cleared from the snitching allegations and 21 Savage who have been a long supporter of bro even called his lawyer to find out if the allegations were true or false. That hurt Ralo that 21 doubted his integrity but was glad he found the truth from the source instead of jumping on the bandwagon calling him a rat
Seems everything was cleared up and 21 continued keeping it solid sending bro bread to make sure his fam straight while he finishes his time
21 would confirm the lawyer confirmed Ralo didn’t tell on anyone and made sure the public knew
Man sometimes it really be the people close that try snake you. Maybe Jean D’eau thought he was right and that Ralo shouldn’t even have tried to lie to the feds. Many speculate that it was a clout move because around the time he posted about Ralo he was posting his own music and businesses to capitalize on the attention
Whatever the case may have been, it’s just another day in hip-hop where friendships are seen crumbling every day. The streets really looking like it got no loyalty or brotherly bond like they portray for real.
With Ralo being given 4 years time served and also 1 & ½ years for good behavior his 8 years is already cutting down. Add that with the 1 year extra cut off his team is trying to get if he completes his GED, and Ralo would be home sooner than later.
So there you have it. Thanks for kicking it with yah boy, appreciate the love and support. Catch ya’ll in the next one. Peace up and peace out
