What up what up.
We back again with another video and this time with a rapper that has been causing mass panic in the Toronto streets. He goes by the name of Rolexx Homi, and law enforcement has him down as reckless, influential, and dangerous. That’s a heavy title for authorities to label a rapper with, don’t you think? Well trust me, from what we’re about to expose, he’s earned every bit of that title. Stick around and let’s find out how he weaponized social media to incite bloodshed and raise the violence in Toronto.
Who is this dude? For starters he resides at the notorious Alexandra park neighborhood in Toronto, more specifically, Southwest of Spadina Ave. and Dundas St. within the Atkinson Housing Co-op https://www.rapdict.org/Atkinson_Co-op

His real name is Rowen Atkins and up until just last year he had no face to his name. Normally his face was covered whenever appearing in music videos as a way to hide his identity, possibly from his opps for the risky lifestyle he lived.
Important note here that many people don’t know unless they really dig up in the archives. He used to show his face when he went by his rapper alias Tommy Gunz https://youtu.be/gkhUGBwjrdE (1:00-1:52) https://youtu.be/gkhUGBwjrdE (4:51-5:12) before becoming Rolexx Homi. Just a bit of extra knowledge for the people out there.
Aight back to it. Now on August 13th 2020, his identity became known when he used Instagram to instruct followers to shoot his opps on sight. Someone reported it to the authorities and that’s how we came to know what the 31 year old Toronto driller looks like, but we’ll get into that later.
Rolexx had gang ties. He was a member of the MG4L gang (Menace Gang) which is connected to the PO’s (Project Originals) that were created in the 1980’s by a group of young men in the Atkinson Co-op community https://www.rapdict.org/Project_Originals
This affiliation is the same as popular Toronto rappers K Money and Casper TNG
v
And comes with its share of blessings and curses for Rolexx. MG4L gains the allies in neighboring gangs like Asian Assassins of the Atkinson Housing Co-op/Chinatown area, and Jungle City Goonz of Lawrence Heights, while amassing enemies of the Silent Soldiers aka Sick Thugs
And Halal Gang, both of Regent Park.

Before the face became public enemy number one for authorities, Rolexx’s path to get here has run ins with the law on a constant basis and a clear escalation of violence and crime through the years. His presence on law enforcement radar dates back to his first run in with officers when him and his gang associates carried out a brutal robbery that still has the victim shook to this day. The crime in question involved a Windsor woman on September 20th 2005, whose home was invaded by Rolexx and three of his homies, two of which were Qoheleth Chong
And Michael Nguyen
Rolexx and his crew got word that the woman who lived with her boyfriend had a large sum of cash at their home. Armed, they stormed the house as her boyfriend begged for his life as they tied him up. The woman peeked out her bedroom and saw what was happening and called it in. In her nervousness in the dark she knocked over a fan and set Rolexx and his gang right on her trail. Tied up with her boyfriend and held at gunpoint, the cops eventually showed up and rescued them after a 3 hour standoff, but not before she was stabbed in her shoulder. The woman still fights with trauma to this day, suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder which at times causes her to wake screaming at night. https://torontosun.com/2013/04/01/yorkdale-mall-victim-convicted-in-2005-home-invasion
Rolexx would serve just above 2 and a half years for the crime, but even with gaining an education behind prison walls, his criminal ways picked up where he left off soon as he got out. In 2008 the Toronto rapper would be held on a weapons charge, but fate would smile his way and be granted leniency by the justice system.

This should have been a moment for Rolexx to focus on his music, because bro was talented, but instead he couldn’t keep away from the street life. On New Year’s Eve in 2010 Rolexx would again be apprehended by law enforcement in possession of a loaded handgun and this time he was dealt the full extent of the law. The judge would sentence him to six years.
While Rolexx was going through his time in the system, his past accomplices in the robbery that started him down the negative path both would lose their lives to the lifestyle. In a tragic turn of events, Michael Nguyen was murked numerous times in the parking lot outside Yorkdale mall

Rolexx would get out on parole and for a while tried to lay low, but on January 16th 2017, his name was flashing on news outlets with a warrant out for his arrest for breaching his parole
Rolexx would be back out on the streets and his music would begin doing numbers. His talent began to shine, painting his lifestyle in gritty lyrics as a Toronto driller. Some notable songs and features that to this date are doing millions of views on YouTube are hits like HALAL MEAT (Rabba)
And Ride
Rolexx was still in the streets tormenting his opps, but he was pushing the music ends at a steady pace and could have kept on track to make it out and into bigger things. But in August 2020, the PO rapper took to his social media and placed a hit on his opps, instructing fans to, and I quote, “shoot everyone in Regent Park.” That’s a different level of savagery. You know you’re already under the eyes of the law, yet you go to Instagram and send fans on a shooting spree? Dude really was dangerous with it. Of course, someone online reported his actions to the cops, who set their sights on Rollex https://torontosun.com/news/local-news/man-wanted-for-instagram-death-threats
He became a wanted man.
Rollex was well respected in his hood and had the support from homies that vouched for his gangster and gassed him on as he continued to evade law enforcement.
This however, didn’t stop Rolexx from further creating mass hysteria in the streets with the release of his dark themed track “Avengersk” https://youtu.be/4abCOkct0SE
The track was a rendition of hate, revenge, and death. It further heightened the taste for chaos from his weaponized social media antics and became a catalyst for violence. The streets of Toronto were like a battlefield as gang violence spiked, and with it did the injury and loss of innocent lives in the crossfire.
Sad to say that someone with a talent for music has all but wasted it away and to make matters worse, as of December 13th 2020, Rolexx has been bumped up the wanted list on attempted murder and weapons charges in connection with the shooting of a woman when Toronto police attended to a call at 4:07 a.m. on Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue for a reported shooting.
To date, Rolexx remains a fugitive and continues to evade law enforcement. But, the question is, for how long…?
Any new information on his situation, I’ll be sure to keep you updated. Pray for the streets of Toronto ya’ll. Rolexx has grown to become a driving force for the violence that continues to increase due to his online and street influence and the impact of his track Avengersk.
