Dutch Successful entrepreneur, composer, author and label owner Pablo, went from a talented creative to the middle man connecting artists and genres across the world under the alias, The Plugz Europe. Having Algerian decent, his outlook spans into musical regions that normally is beyond the scope of other labels. His ear for music has linked him with some of the industries most prolific musicians throughout Europe, Africa, and the US like Rick Ross, Desiigner, Snoop Dogg, Trobi, Mula B, Jul, Busta Rhymes, Thabiti and among others.

With his growing success, The Plugz Europe has extended his musical vision for the future through avenues like The Plugz Mena which is a new department in the Middle East and North Africa created alongside his brother, Yacine Arroumia. Their goal is to develop projects with a new range of artistical talent that mixes Arab and European influences by bridging the social gap. The Plugz Europe goes above and beyond to make these dreams a reality, setting up and developing music projects with Arab and Moroccan organizations inclusive of artists like Kouz1, Mocci, and liamsi in collaboration with SSC. This blueprint is also applied to their partnerships with Sony Dubai and Cloud 9 Music.
