NBA YoungBoy 4KT vs Lil Durk And NLE Choppa: YB Against The World

What up gang. Back with the real you know what’s the deal. Aw man aw man aw man. Here we go again.

I’m beginning to think beefing is a disease and jail time is the cure because the way dudes are ready to throw their freedom away is crazy to me. The 4KT head huncho NBA YoungBoy is back outside, well inside, but on the outside and it only took a couple months before he got back to applying pressure on the opps.

This time around Lil Durk and NLE Choppa have been his target, but their soldiers are already ready to back up the war.

This can end bad if not checked because YB is still fighting a serious case for his freedom, and the beef seems to be escalating to where bodies might drop. What the hell is going on for YB to diss Durk, Choppa, and even the whole O Block? We’re sure enough gonna find out what’s up. Let’s chop it up and break it down.

NBA YoungBoy has made it to the top of the music industry. Even if you don’t like bro music or attitude, denying he’s dominating with the other few artists of the generation whose names are always at the top is just being a hater. In 2021 he was at the top of the YouTube charts

And he’s been around the top spot consistently. As of right now, he’s at the top killing it again

YB has figured out the formula, pouring music like the tap never closes but the real secret ingredient to his music is his emotion. You listen one of bro songs and it’s just real like someone spilling themselves over the beat, pause. Sadly, even with all that fame, YB is just too corrupted by the streets. In and out of jail repeatedly and his last stunt seemed to land him in jail for good.

In March 2021, the feds would pull YB over on an outstanding federal warrant in Los Angeles, and he would take them on a high-speed chase before fleeing on foot

Feds brought out the helicopters, the K-9 unit everything and eventually caught YB to face charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a firearm not registered to him https://youtu.be/TPTvm936kbc (0:00-0:42)

I did an entire vid breaking down how the arrest came about so you can check it out for a full detailed breakdown. I’ll link it in the description.

At long last it appeared the cops finally caught YB lackin’

But YB just might be un-jailable. We were wondering why he was smiling behind bars, but maybe he already knew he’s another modern day Teflon Don and can’t be caught

In October, 2021, YB beat all odds and was released.

It was like a movie with a legal team trying to free the most wanted criminal. YB’s attorney definitely deserves a raise. His terms for YB’s release were that if he should be released on bond, he’d be confined and monitored at his home in Utah where a hired security firm staffed by former soldiers would patrol the grounds 24/7 and the label would build a studio in his home. And just like that, boom, YB was on house arrest while his case is playing out

Now, you would think that after all of that trouble to somehow pull off the miracle of getting out on bond, that bro would calm himself and just try to look like an upstanding citizen in the eyes of the law for his case sake…If you thought that then you clearly have no idea who Big 4KTrey NBA YoungBoy is. His new album, “Colors” was on the horizon at the start of the new year and YB sprung a shocker on the world with the release of his single, “Bring The Hook”

The song was flames, but one part quickly caught the attention of fans. YB not only dissed the late King Von, but bro took aim at the whole of O Block with the bars “N-word, this that Squid Game, O’Block pack get rolled up/Murder what they told us, Atlanta boy get fold up.”

As you know Von lost his life outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge in Atlanta after being murked following an altercation between him and Quando Rondo. The shooter was Quando’s mans Lul Tim https://youtu.be/8WSbx3lFBUI

This Von and O Block diss from YB came out of nowhere because ish had died down, but it lit a fire under O Block who won’t take any disrespect about Von. Diss tracks began firing back almost immediately. First Boss Top let loose the banger “Marching” where he makes it known if you play with Von name steppers are catching a body https://youtu.be/osUX5yZrMu0 (1:34-1:48).

Then a video surfaced of the O burning and stapping out green flags which YB associates with his clique https://youtu.be/nUGQZBv6-GE https://youtu.be/vd5Pm48-jFs (3:35-3:40)

And just by dissing one of his dead opps, YB incited an entire beef with the city.

Durk, who was like Von’s twin wasn’t going to stand and let his mans be disrespected like that.

But wait, the beef expanded to outside Chicago when a new challenger entered the chat, NLE Choppa

A picture containing text, person

The Grim Reaper, Lil Reese had to pop out let it be known that YB ain’t on no demon time he just a rapper cappin’ for clout. That’s when NLE Choppa chimed in putting his stamp of approval on the Grim Reaper’s response.

This was a bit weird because just over a year ago when YB was locked, NLE dropped a single “Free YoungBoy” dedicated to the rapper https://youtu.be/Nph9aVZzPoE But digging into his past, Choppa had close ties to Chicago and was cool with them on another level than he was to YB so when the beef kicked off, sides had to be chosen and he chose to rock with Von

NBA YoungBoy was more than ready for all the smoke and with Durk and Choppa both coming for his neck, YB dropped off another track, “Know Like I Know” https://youtu.be/NxrMgE_Bdlc  that went off on both of em’ and even gave a glimpse into why NLE and him fell out fr https://youtu.be/NxrMgE_Bdlc (0:23-0:48)

In the bars that went at NLE Choppa, YB said “I could say I saw it, you could say I was your favorite” this dates back to when NLE used to look up to YB as his favorite rapper https://youtu.be/OuyOiFkLbGE (1:36-1:53) But check these next lines that YB spit and it’s no surprise, him and NLE got issues about a shawty too “I don’t give a F about no bih/you could have those hoes ‘cause I don’t need ‘em.” Back around 2019 or so NLE Choppa was apparently dating one of YB’s ex, Blasian

YB even released a single named after her so he prob really did feel a way about her and NLE https://youtu.be/wQ92q-k1NVQ

The truth was beginning to surface through YB’s diss. NLE Choppa kept his cool at first, responding to why he spoke up in a recent interview stating that he agreed with Reese because he felt like YB wasn’t no where around Von’s death and shouldn’t speak on it cause it was a sucker move to pull a gun in a fist fight. Before ending he again also says he was just speaking his mind and at one point YB was his favorite rapper https://youtu.be/6Z934L3bHpk NLE seemed like he was keeping a level head, but then he went and did this

A screenshot of a computer

He changed the title of the track “Free YoungBoy” to “F YoungBoy” before changing it back to its original name. Now this prompted me to do a bit of looking into their past and I’ll be damned, along with NLE dating YB’s shawty, the two did have bad blood between em in the past that also led to blood being shed by YB’s homie, Quando Rondo. Their rift started at the beginning of Choppa blowing up. Fans was always comparing him to YB calling him the light skin YoungBoy but him and YB spoke and were cool, even planning to work together https://youtu.be/Bry0Jf03Ja4 (6:35-7:20) That would change after the comparisons began to get to NLE Choppa with the highly toxic fanbase of YB instigating. NLE finally broke and made a statement that began to show the signs of falling out, saying that fans got it the wrong way, its YB tryna be like him

Then he dropped a track “Gangsta Talk” with known YB opp, Fredo Bang

A person talking on a cell phone

In the track Choppa said a line “Bih, I’m hotter than herpes, so tell me who f’n’ with me” which was taken as a subliminal diss to YB referencing his herpes https://youtu.be/TdrpA05gPsk (0:30-0:36) https://youtu.be/k1enS9HBRKY (0:30-0:46) https://youtu.be/GzjTHCpOtPQ (1:06-1:11)

This escalated things with NLE and YB homie Quando Rondo where he cracked open one of NLE Choppa’s boys skull with a bottle after the two crews got into it https://youtu.be/xTFphrV_l7E (0:00-0:56) https://youtu.be/bdUYJE_zwZg (0:47-2:21) https://youtu.be/tCdxh-QEIQg (0:30-1:44)

So all this has been brewing over the years until YB sparked it back up with his diss. But NLE ain’t the only one that caught smoke, Durk was targeted when YB rapped the bars “You ain’t gettin’ no pass/You gon’ rep the same block as that bih, that’s gon’ be your ass,” https://youtu.be/NxrMgE_Bdlc (1:27-1:31) and then saying “How to play with and you know I play for keeps, know I’ll clap you/I don’t give a F, my n-word, just like your friend, you’ll bite the dust.” https://youtu.be/NxrMgE_Bdlc (2:22-2:30) Both referencing Durk saying he gon’ basically do him like they did Von.

And still he had time to hop back and take one last jab at NLE in the bars “Them n-word scared, know they can’t F with us/But that’s the sides you run with” https://youtu.be/NxrMgE_Bdlc (2:31-2:37) coming at Choppa for choosing the opposition.

But he still wasn’t done. YB seems to continue to troll Durk, making the only feature on the album a track named “Gangsta” with the opp that led to Von being murked, Quando Rondo.

On the song, YB further trolls with the lyrics “They know they don’t want to see Lul Tim jump from out that truck” https://youtu.be/Lc-prtOoSUQ (1:52-2:01)

YB used the album to go full 100 on Durk, NLE Choppa and the whole O. They are all great artists and I’m wishing it stays on wax, but it seems players are getting involved and talks of each other dying are beginning to be the next phase. BlocBoy JB who is close with NLE posted up online letting it be known he’s ready to die about homie on gang

YB and Durk on the other hand ain’t give a damn and is with whatever. First YB posted up a pic with money spelling out the sentences “you n-word gone die.” “Be safe”

Then Durk was quick with the comeback taunting YB posting his money sentence up “Hurry yall bih azz up” with the caption “We Color blind but we still see red” referencing YB’s new album Colors

Things are getting out of hand and going down a dark path. Not only are artists getting involved, flags being burned, and death treats being sent, but fans are risking their lives running up on rappers, like the YB 4KT fan who pulled up on NLE Choppa at the airport https://youtu.be/QlVZoEGZGhw (0:00-0:31) https://youtu.be/4PXij-8s8jc (0:18-0:48)

YB seems to just not care since he’s been back out and ready to go at it with the entire industry

Most we can do now is hope for the best and the beef dies down before its too late and more blood is spilled.

So there you have it. Thanks for kicking it with yah boy, appreciate the love and support. Catch ya’ll in the next one. Peace up and peace out.
